What is your Why?

We have worked for nearly a decade with students who are aiming to create publishable original research in a variety of disciplines. Content is obviously important, but to manage a long-term project a student needs to have plans rooted in what they care about most as individuals. This program focuses on setting SMART goals to develop plans, reflecting on outcomes, and being brave enough to make changes. The skills used to foster motivation during original research can have a broad range of applications in a variety of contexts.
